Return & Exchange Policy
At Cadets Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy before initiating a return or exchange.
Standard Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories included.
- Gas-powered equipment (Mowers, Snow Blowers, UTVs) may be returned only if all fuel and oil have been completely drained due to shipping safety regulations.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or Receipt) is required.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item that is not defective, you will be responsible for return freight shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
- Please notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or return shipping at no charge.
- Important: If you refuse delivery due to visible freight damage, your 20% deposit will be refunded in full immediately.
Freight Delivery & Inspection (Must Read) For items shipped via freight (Mowers, UTVs), you must inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt:
- Confirm the crate or packaging is sealed and intact.
- Check for any visible damage to the crate or equipment.
- If damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before accepting the shipment.
- If the damage is severe, Refuse the Delivery and contact us immediately.
