How does the 20% deposit work?
To reserve your machine and initiate the freight shipping process, we require a fully refundable 20% deposit. You pay the remaining balance in Cash or Certified Check only when the unit arrives at your delivery address.
How is the machinery shipped?
We ship directly from our distribution centers via freight carrier. All deliveries include Liftgate Service, so the driver will lower the crate to your driveway for you. No forklift needed.
What if the machine arrives damaged?
You have the right to inspect the crate upon arrival. If you see significant damage, you can Refuse Delivery and we will refund your deposit immediately. We do not want you to pay for a damaged machine.
Is the equipment brand new?
Yes. All mowers, snow blowers, and UTVs are 100% brand new, factory-crated, and come with the full manufacturer’s warranty.
