Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Confirmation & Deposit As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This indicates that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the 20% security deposit.

  • Once the deposit is verified, we begin preparing your machine for crating and shipment.
  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Processing Time (Crating) Because we ship heavy machinery, it takes time to inspect and crate the equipment safely.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Freight Shipping Method All Mowers, Snow Blowers, and UTVs are shipped via Freight Carrier (LTL), not standard courier.

  • Free Liftgate Service: We include “Liftgate Service” with every order. The driver will use a hydraulic lift to lower the crate from the truck to the ground at the end of your driveway (Curbside Delivery). You do not need a forklift.
  • Delivery Appointment: The shipping carrier will call you 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a drop-off appointment. Please ensure the phone number on your order is correct, or delivery may be delayed.

Estimated Delivery Time Freight shipping generally takes longer than small parcel delivery.

  • Transit Time: Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the product to reach you depending on your location in the US.
  • We will send you a tracking number (PRO Number) within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Process Since you have paid a 20% deposit online, the remaining balance is due upon delivery.

  • Please have the remaining balance ready in Cash or Certified Check (made out to Cadets Gear LLC).
  • The freight driver will collect the payment before releasing the shipment to you.
  • Important: The driver cannot accept personal checks or credit cards at the door.

Damages Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery if the damage is major. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@cadetsgear.us and we will process an immediate replacement or refund.
